OVPD(organic vapor phase deposition) Gen 2 on-site team lead process engineer, led a team of 8, the >25 mil EUR project achieved final acceptance with Samsung Display. Trained the engineer team in machine maintenance, operation, process and troubleshooting, critical for establishing satellite site in Korea. In charge of on-site team activity planning, worked remotely from Germany. Reported deviations and projections to management team.

OVPD(organic vapor phase deposition) Gen 2 construction shop floor manager: supervised a team of 20 workers of diverse cultural backgrounds. System accepted for factory move in ahead of deadline. Construction team was trained to perform maintenance and continued to contribute in maintenance and upgrade phase. Led system ramp up, electrical and mechanical troubleshoot, generated innovative solutions with limited resources and follow up on the improvement plans.

OptaCap TFE (PECVD Thin Film Encapsulation) ramp up, process development and demo The PECVD system achieved final acceptance with AUO and continued to function in customer's RD lab. Expertise in characterization of SiN thin film via means of ellipsometry and SEM-EDX. Execute OVPD Gen 1 (Organic Vapor Phase Deposition) factory test, finalized facility requirement discussion with customer, led an installation team of 5 at customer site and perform system ramp up.
