Managing the revenue management for 8 hotels with my team. Markets include Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Rostock and Linz. Strong analysis with main focus on increasing profitable RevPar and market share. Helped building up the Carlson Rezidor Revenue Management Centre for Central Europe since its start in February 2015.

Regional Reveneue Manager for 13 hotels located in the areas of Frankfurt, Bergstraße, Wiesbaden and Bingen. Leading a team of two cluster revenue managers and two coordinators. Strong analysis and market surveillance to constantly increase market share and optimise revenue flows with focus on main revenue driving properties. Setting strategies to effectively improve yield management of rooms as well as MICE revenue across all segments.

Cluster Revenue Manager for six inner city, airport and convention properties. Business intelligence and data processing responsibilities including surveying the market place, competitors and analysing market demand and supply. Monitoring and improving key performance indicators such as MPI, ARI and RGI. Analysis responsibilities within segmentation, pricing, yielding, channel performance, profit & loss calculations, displacement analysis, pick up trends and account performances.

Revenue Coordinator Frankfurt & Rhein-Main, a cluster in Frankfurt consisting of 13 properties in and around Frankfurt. Assisting the RM with daily tasks. Analysis, inventory & channel mgt. Business intelligence & data processing. RM responsibilities for 3 houses where I did forecast, analysis, negotiating with sales and GMs. Project handling of rate tiger connect and setting up SOPs for group desk quoting.

Reactive and proactive selling and contracting of conference space and rooms for Courtyard by Marriott Stockholm and Renaissance Hotel Malmö. Responsible for detail planing and composing of BEO:s. Holding daily BEO briefing meetings with operations. Worked closely with revenue management and marketing. Responsible for the Grand Opening Party of Courtyard by Marriott Stockholm.

Management trainee in the accounting department where I worked in all areas. Mainly with accounts receivable where I was in charge of the bank reconciliation. Also handled rebates, outsourced employee hours, account claims etc.

Accounting department, responsible for checking the night audit report, voided bills, employee float etc. Purchasing department, responsible for restructuring of F&B stock for three outlets and deliveries. Kitchen, responsible for hot, cold and pastry kitchen at lunch. Cold and pastry kitchen at dinner.

Started as a hotel host and valet parker. As from December 2005 I worked as a receptionist as well as Night Auditor, opening and closing procedures.
