- Develops ATE programs for Automotive System ICs and SoC devices using Advantest's V93000/V93K SmarTest Interface and SmartRDI(Rapid Development Interface) - V93000/V93K Test program development (PS1600, DPS128, MBAV8+, PVI8, FVI16, PMUX and AVI64) - Interfaces with existing and new customers regarding their V93000 applications requirements. - Resolves engineering and production-related problems for customers with off-site and on-site support.

Responsible for ATE Test Program development, digital characterization test, design and debug of ATE test interface HW (loadboard), releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production, and test time reduction activities for Digital and Mixed Signal tests and Yield improvement analysis. Minimum Qualifications Solid understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals, design for debug, design for test, digital/analog, mixed-signal and circuit analysis techniques. Knowledge of Linux

Analog and Digital circuits trouble shooting, Complex boards bring up. Schematic design and verification for bench setups.
