At DZNE, I worked as a Lead Data Scientist working on ex-vivo models for Drug Discovery in collaboration with one of the Asia's largest pharmaceuticals.- I built automated High Content Screening data pipelines and data-driven inferences for drug discovery and clinical trial studies.- I worked with internal as well as external biologists/scientists on various projects from experimental design to building complex data modeling and inference pipelines and provide analytics for microscopy and biological data.-
