Project: Ariane A5ME Upper Stage Development, Airbus Defence & Space. Responsible for development of Helium Vessel support structure for Engine thrust frame of Ariane A5ME upper stage. Preparation of model from CAD to FE Calculations, Analyzing the parts based up on the Airbus Justification Methods & Documentation of the results. Providing the support to Design for further optimization of the structural components. Nastran and analytical methods were used to justify the structural components.

Project: A350XWB-900 Passenger and HelicoptersCargo Doors, Airbus . Responsibilities: Responsible for one of the Complete Passenger Door Static Calculations. Preparation of the model from CAD to FE models, analysing the parts based up on the Airbus Justification Methods & documenting the certification reports. Responsible for the stress activities in Qualification and Engineering Apart from this, supervision of FE calculations and checking of certification reports prepared by our supplier Korean Airlines.
