I have been supporting directly to AIRBUS A350 FAF teams in Hamburg. In 2014 I worked in design to cost team to reduce manufacturing cost. In 2015 I have worked for A350 FAF team in which I did A350XWB-900 AFT Side shell Assembly Process Build Stress Investigation later supported A350 daily repairs team. From Jan 2016 till now I am supporting A350-1000 door area team (ESRKS6) to propose new designs to reduce the weight of the Doors.

For 5 years I have been supporting directly to AIRBUS A350 FAF teams in Hamburg. From 2011 to 2013 I have worked in A350-900 S13 Fuselage weight optimization topics.

worked on A400M and A310 aircrafts wing components. FE model update with model changes. FE model runs in Nastran static analysis. Extracting the interface loads and updating the interface loads report. Identification of the critical components of the assembly of the different wing structures such as Inner Fixed Shroud, Outer false work etc. Stress assessment and RF calculation for the critical components are calculated and strength summary and stress dossier is prepared for all the components.

SRM (CPD) task on Spars. Validation of Structural repair manual on spars of Airbus A310 aircraft was performed. Front and rear spar of A310 aircraft for three different variants mainly -200 and -300 aircrafts was done extensively. The following Airbus collection programs were used for various checks as follows: APA115 – Buckling of panels & RFu check on spar pad-up junction APA103, APA106 – Cut-out analysis of panels APA110 – Fuel pressure analysis of panels and Vertical stiffener fixity for panels.
