Work profile involves leading & managing user experience design efforts on various SAS products and solutions. These efforts include creating design strategies and standards, gaining insights from users and business stakeholders, translating those insights into executable designs and evaluating new technologies.

Work profile involves designing, prototyping and documentation of SAS Platform user interfaces. Responsible for conducting usability studies, performing design research focused on understanding work practice and user behavior, prototyping and producing detailed UI design specifications; ensuring user interface consistency within a multi-application suite; creating and maintaining usability standards; evaluating new technologies.

Brijj.com is India’s leading professional netoworking portal. Work profile involded applying user-centered design processes to create task flows, wireframes, design layouts & detailed designs. Creating high/low fidelity prototypes that successfully communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale to Product & Development teams.

I worked with Mads Clausen Institute in the USEC (User Supportive Embedded Configuration) project which is a joint effort between industries (Danfoss A/s, Microsoft Business Solutions, Grundfoss etc.) and academia with a four years grant from the Danish Technical Research Council.(2004-2008). During the USEC project, a multidisciplinary team of researchers developed a new way of interaction with the configuration software Service Tool, developed by Danfoss A/s and used by field technicians.
