My role as a consultant entails carrying out risk based internal audits of processes, systems and designs to identify potential gaps. On identification of these gaps, suitable policies and standard procedures are developed to fill these gaps and finally assistance in implementation of the risk mitigating framework to bring about operational efficiency and smooth organizational process flows.

Developed monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plans and lead major multi-component procurement programs, monitored resources, budget and delivery requirements. Delivered cost reduction results, which were clearly identified by a reduction in the spend amount across different product categories as well as increased sales of final product on account of being price competitive.
