• Analyzed powertrain and vehicle energy systems for performance, driveability and fuel economy • Conducted Fuel economy and Coastdown testing • Tested and validated hardware and calibration updates • As part of preparing vehicles for testing, I flashed ECU's with calibrations, made on-the-fly calibration changes, instrumented vehicles with data acquisition equipment, analyzed test data and troubleshooted vehicle issues.

Diesel Engine Performance and Emissions Development: • Actively completed baseline engine calibration for a tractor engine and prepared for EPA and EU certification. • Used GT-Power 1D modeling to predict temperatures, pressures, torque and BSFC. • Used Matlab tools (MBC) to set-up DOEs for fine-tuning calibrations

Automatic Planetary Transmission NVH and functional Testing and analysis

Engine durability and validation testing:  Validated changes in piston geometry with testing and assessed it’s impact on performance and emissions.  Conducted durability tests and analyzed wear of different engine components for warranty determination.
