Recruitment and selection I interviewed 75+ workers and selected them to work in the field. Recruitment was done through an informal referral program, where I created a database of workers so that, in the case of increased workload, I could quickly add new people to the team. Worker retention was high and due to the increased workload, new workers successfully joined the teams.
