Gulf Healthcare International, is an integrated healthcare provider backed by Global Investment House, Kuwait. Clinics Operations & Deputy to General Manager at Gulf Healthcare International(GHI) in Dubai. I concentrated on the start-up of green field organic projects, mergers and acquisitions existing operations in Dubai and Sharjah

Managing a total of 140 bed ward with 40 nurses, care and support workers in Northwest Leeds, United Kingdom. Job role demands to work very closely with the District Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Doctors. I also manage Payroll, Invoicing, Credit Control and general operations for the franchise. I deal with the Recruitment and Training of Healthcare assistants to comply with the policies and procedures of the Leeds City Council and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Achieved Merit in my MSc which enabled me to work for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals under the Graduate Placement Program. I was involved with the rehabilitation of the patients after their surgeries, strokes, physically challenges and mental health patients. The role demanded to update all patients’ files, hospital and Lab reports, allotment of patients for treatments depending on their needs and disabilities.
