At Hubtel, I thrive on connecting the dots others overlook by: • Conducting deep-dive market and competitor research to inform product strategy. • Analyzing user behavior and feedback to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align research with product goals. • Delivering clear, data-backed reports and visualizations to drive decision-making.

During this contract period, there was strategy, analysis and real impact. • I used tools like SPSS and Excel to uncover entrepreneurship, funding, strategy gaps etc • Published research helped secure financing for over 470 women entrepreneurs • About 100+ women-owned businesses were supported to attract the capital they deserve. • Had collaborations as a result of research with the Ministry of Finance in Namibia and the British Council in Ghana to create and deliver investment-readiness programs.
