Priscilla Wanderley

- Responsible for implementing Routine Management in the Accreditation area: process mapping, processes improvements, definition and monitoring of process and result indicators, operational capacity; - Participation in process improvement and new product development projects.

- Responsible for Internship and Trainee PDCA Program; - Consulting in Continuous Improvement and Processes projects: conduction of standardization and process redesign projects, application of Process Workshops and Kaizen events; - Responsible for the Management Excellence Program through schedule management, conducting requirements assessments and monitoring the program; - Supporting on company's goals management through Guideline-Based Management (GBM); - Training of management methods and tools.

Ombudsman: - Responsible for the elaboration of the results monitoring system in the area; - Expertise in the definition, deployment and monitoring of performance indicators; - Elaboration of process mapping and support in area improvement projects.

- Responsible for assisting the development of analysis and reporting of indicators to support HR processes; - Responsible for supporting the data quality management of the global employee system and the HR indicator system; - Application of training and support to users on data and indicator platforms.
