Managed a team of 4 developers and 2 QA engineers, delivering 8+ production releases with <10% bug escape rate and 20% faster cycle times through improved sprint hygiene, QA coordination, and DevOps collaboration.

Redesigning the Service Fusion SaaS platform with a microservices architecture to improve modularity and scalability. Leading a team of 4 developers, managing project cycles, performance feedback, and delivery milestones, including the successful 10DLC transformation. Built a data warehouse with AWS Lambda and Decodable, significantly improving reporting capabilities and data management within a two-month timeframe.
