Reporting to Head of Procurement, India and Responsible for the • Develop, formulate and Implement company’s procurement strategies, policies and procedure. • Lead the capital equipment procurement packages for different projects like Pelletizing disc, Ball Mill, ESP & Bag filter, Cooling towers, Crane etc. Mechanical items like fabricated items, Pipe & fittings, Steel structure, Transmission Towers. Electrical items like cable, cable tray, switch gear, motors, drives & instrumentatio

 Responsible for sources identification and establishment of LCC sourcing from India.  Exploring Indian sourcing option for different types of capital Items, Engineering spares, mechanical items like Pipe & fittings, Steel structure, Transmission Towers, Electrical cable, Cable tray & Instrumentation items.  Preparation of an approved vendor list, ensures vendor development & evaluation to offer various items to different Hatch Projects.  Prepare risk mitigation plan.

Operation Management: Leading the team responsible for aluminium cast house production (rolling ingot) through VDC slab caster. Project Management: Responsibilities included preparing project proposal for management approval, engineering, planning, scheduling & execution of in-house engineering projects . Procurement Management:  Looking after Strategic Sourcing of Capital goods (OEM Equipments like melting furnace spares, material handling equipments & Regular engg.and operating items.
