• Direct contact with international clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients gaining their trust and respect • Interfacing with Euroclear’s Operation teams to solve problems and keep clients in loop • Anticipate client’s needs and purpose solutions within the indicated policies and procedures • Take care of appropriate follow-up (timely, accurately) of all client matters • Ensure proactive communication to all parties involved

• FX booking for both inflow and outflow clients- institutional clients • Apply Bank of Thailand regulation to the FX roles for clients • Co-ordinate and support clients on transactional services and information. • Effectively & timely fulfil Clients’ requirements under consideration and for the deliver free of payment transaction and transaction from related parties. • Advise with professional services to clients on standard instruction, requirements, processing services, issue incidents and etc.

• Constructing multi-scenario financial models involving loan portfolio management • Contacting with custodian or investor to negotiate about cost of fund • Collecting SET Index, Competitors and PL Price • Creating financial part in annual report and filling • Providing capital markets analysis especially leasing industry for Phatra Leasing • Completing MD&A analysis including comparable leasing company • Making management presentation for investors and TRIS
