 Led end-to-end Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and R&D operations across 5 major FMCG divisions: Home Care, Detergent Powders, Soaps, Plastics, and Personal Care.  Directed the operations of a 15 Ton/hr spray tower detergent powder facility, overseeing brands like BOOM, ALOHA, BULLET, and XTRA.

 Managed daily operations for detergent and tissue product lines under the ERIANGO Group.  Led a team of 200+ staff, optimised resource utilisation, reduced downtime, and implemented KPIs.  Oversaw procurement, merchandising, productivity enhancement, and business reporting

 Directed home care product manufacturing, including car shampoo, sanitisers, degreasers, fabric softeners, and dishwashers.  Executed BOM optimisation for cost-effective formulations and packaging improvements

 Led full production and R&D operations for a wide product line, including aircon cleaners, oven cleaners, and personal hygiene products.  Oversaw raw material sourcing, formulation design, and packaging line setup

 Supervised operations at a 2 Ton/hr spray drying unit producing branded detergent powders.  Managed mono box, bagging, and packaging operations.
