During the Cyber Security Specialist bootcamp, in addition to gaining proficiency in significant cybersecurity tools and concepts such as Wireshark, Splunk, Snort, Nmap, Metasploit, the Volatility Framework, Endpoint Security (EDR), Incident Response and many more, I primarily directed my focus toward IT Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management. I delved into standards such as ISO 27001, NIST and also the European NIS2, and CER directives.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, committed to delivering post-sales support for self-service META (Facebook and Instagram) advertising solutions. With a proven track record of demonstrating the value of advertising solutions, my focus is on creating positive customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and ensuring data privacy is upheld throughout the customer journey. I took the initiative to inform advertisers about the company's policies, offering thorough explanations on intellectual property rights.
