I handled enquiries and complaints by phone and in writing from potential and existing customers for a range of MB and smart vehicles, owning and managing cases from first contact to final statement. I effectively prioritized, analyzed and coordinated a high workload, responding to heightened emotion and resolving often complex and demanding issues with a strong sense of empathy and high-level negotiation skills.

I acted as primary point of contact for prospective and current students by providing course information, guiding the application process, and offering ongoing support to students and resolving issues. I managed enrolments, answered telephone and online enquires, processed assessments and organized graduation certificates and Statements of Attainment. I also gained experience in creating mapping documents for Units of Competencies.

My role involved creating and entering Label copies for Spanish, American and German singles and albums into the Record Maestro data system. French ‘Dreyfus’ Label and Spanish ‘Strictly Rhythm’ Label integration tasks allowing transfer of catalogue information into Maestro. I created Sales Batches for numerous labels and accounting periods as well as transformed the format of invoices into a Maestro compatible format to be uploaded into the system for processing.

I further developed my coordinator skills in this role encompassing obligations to three different teams. I had to prioritize conflicting demands in a very limited time-frame, often carrying out tasks simultaneously.

I devised and delivered original lesson plans for a wide range of students aged 4-21 years. I developed my own style of teaching while tutoring adult learners of different levels and learnt how to adapt material for their individual needs and assess what they truly understood and could use.

As primary researcher and designer of a transport user behavior change study, I utilized my psychological and statistical knowledge to develop a detailed preliminary questionnaire. I initiated and introduced a package of project materials to present at meetings, including an information brochure, example segmentations, a draft questionnaire, and summary information sheets. Participated in cross-departmental internal and external stakeholder engagement.

I organized 2 events simultaneously in very tight time frames: a conference from the initial planning stages to execution, and an awards ceremony that was in partial progress. I canvassed and secured in-kind corporate sponsorship and attendance.

This role was an intensely demanding and incredibly rewarding experience particularly on an emotional level. I gained valuable insights to the Youth Justice System, the Child Safety Department and the Police and their interactions with young offenders.
