leader for 9 consultants, monitoring of Service-Level-Agreements, maintenance of requirements register, assessment and setting of priorities, focal point for communication between external service providers and internal customers, cooperation in cross-projects, communication with technical departments, remedying of IT disruption (root cause analysis and solution optimization).
