General and sub-ledger reconciliations - Booking of accruals, provisions - Recording of adjustments and corrections in the ERP system - Creation of recurring entries - Recording of fixed assets movements in the ERP system (acquisitions, disposals) - Depreciation run - Month end / Quarterly reporting - Bookings of income tax, VAT - Declaration of intra-community delivery of goods (Destatis, Elster)

- Verifying the travel claims against the policy (making the adjustments if necessary) - Posting the travel claims in the SAP system (different modules, company codes) - Checking the payment proposals and performing the payment run - Reporting activities
