Responsible to drive and lead software testing projects managing third-party software testing vendors on major core banking software. Defines test scope, strategy and tools to use with every project within alignment with the organization tools and and processes in place. Also responsible lead the test automation framework definition and adoption throughout the organization.

Recruited to help leading the Quality Assurance group, accountable for driving and supporting the delivery of critical business projects while supporting its testing needs. Active role on strategic planning and development of processes, tools, resources, communications and vendor management within the software testing organization and its impact on the testing discipline across the organization.

Strategy definition, design and implementation to deliver software products with increased quality and based on the user requirements increasing a smoother user experience by the stakeholders through advanced software testing tools and techniques.

Provided software testing and linguistics services to Yahoo Mail. This consisted on executing L10N, i18N, G11n, functional and regression testing and functional testing.

Project pipeline management with development and business leaders to prioritize projects in each release according to budget and resources availability. This included evaluating the level of effort necessary for new projects and resource capacity planning. Responsible for the entire monthly release a couple months per year with an acitve role on release, defect and risk management.

Design and executed functional, integration and regression tests cases to deliver software products with increased quality and based on the user requirements increasing a smoother user experience by the stakeholders.
