I worked as lead transmission engineer within both project presales and execution phases during my time at Turnotech Pvt Ltd. The role enabled me to excel my people management, conflict handling and communication skills. I also supported the project handling change requests, escalations, project delivery deadlines, presentations, customer demos to obtain appropriate sign off and pre-sales for project cost estimations during contract preparations.

At FES, I supported the project in various ranging from requirements gathering, review low level design documents, propose recommendations as per the project statement and nodes acceptance testing. I also managed project executions on customer sites as the single point of contact. Exposure of managing project resources from different regions, Actively defending project scope in customer meetings, experience of handling difficult and challenging situations during human error in project delivery.

I started as a trainee system engineer at KOMKONSULT PVT LTD. This post offered me considerable experience in problem solving, ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Here, I enjoyed working in a team, as well as able to work on my own initiatives. I grew rapidly into a position of higher responsibility within a short span of time. I had exposure of defending project scope in customer meetings, experience of handling difficult and challenging situations.
