Leading 3Phase product technical supporting to enterprises customer and supporting service partner. Currently am contributing Tier 4 Corporate Data Center in Aramco, Dharan- KSA on 3Phase UPS product with 9MV in different Parallel configuration.Few UPS projects are on going.3phase product training completed in Singapore on Feb 2010 Upto 900kva.Data center 3Phase UPS solution training completed in Denmark on Dec 2010 up to MV( Mega Watt).enter

Leading 3Phase product technical issue working with Platform team and Managing data center projects.

Team Management Imparting /organizing training programs for the service engineers/ customers & driving them to achieve pre planned service targets. Incorporating bonded teamwork and managing healthy environment. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets. Leading Service sales, Projects for Data centers.

Formulating service budgets, forecasts & operational plans and implementing cost-saving measures at client end. Supporting sales on technical aspects- product feedback, Ensuring immaculate service by servicing professional products at component level in the field.Analyzing the data Related to various Performance and Quality parameters of SMWG group.Managing after sales service of professional products range as well as monitoring service dealers/franchisee network.

ensuring after service sales support for all the customers Played a major role in generating the revenue of the company YOY from 2003 onwards. Successfully achiived 100% of the target set & shown an YOY growth of 150%. Finalizing annual maintenance contracts with the clients and making regular visits at their end for handling their grievances.
