• Perform rack installations, including racking and cabling of servers, network devices, and storage systems. • Perform hardware repairs and maintenance on servers and network equipment to ensure AWS data center infrastructure reliability. • Execute ”breakfix”duties on servers experiencing hardware or firmware issues by utilizing ticketing systems like SIM‑T and the Boost platform to manage and track repair workflows effectively. • Conduct hardware decommissioning and removal of obsolete or retired devices.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network and system failures, handle break‑fix support for critical infrastructure. • Install, configure, and decommission servers, storage devices, and network equipment using Jira. • Replace faulty hardware components such as SSDs, HDDs, memory, CPUs, Power supplies, and NICs. • Maintain detailed documentation and generate reports while using Device42. • Install and manage fiber and Ethernet cables, ensuring proper labeling and organization.

• Working in the IoT Installation Support Services department, especially on IoT in Agriculture projects, we use sensors, and computers for monitoring crops automating the irrigation system, etc. • Identified new opportunities for growth by staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging IoT technologies in the agriculture sector. • Develops, implements, and tracks marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
