As the Head of HR for VG Switzerland I partner the Swiss MDs and Business Unit Leaders to ensure that people strategy and business strategy are aligned. Additionally I ensure that leadership is lived, people are engaged and business performance are top of the agenda. Navigating across a complex matrix organisation with a global reach, I work closely with my European and Global colleagues on several exciting people projects to encourage alignment across all business units and functions.

Within this role I was responsible to partner the CEO and all other business unit leaders in all performance related topics. I was responsible to make sure all HR matters were handled in a professional way. Additionally I was responsible to train our Retail population in different topics like: Skin Care & Make-up Training, Customer Service Training, Coaching, Management etc. I had to ensure that we were aligned with the European region and still make adaptions to the Swiss Market needs.
