I was the primary point of contact for the maintenance and improvement of a portfolio of applications that supported the credit network of one of the largest US credit card issuers. I led a team project that yielded ~USD 22 Million in unlocked capital and ~USD 800K in re-engineering cost savings.

I gathered and documented business requirements for the intranet portal of one of the largest US credit card issuers. I liaised between business and IT teams during the successful roll-out of the portal to 80K users worldwide.
