As a Delivery Partner Manager (DPM), I serve as a crucial link and strategic advisor to the entire lifecycle of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). My role involves daily interactions with various stakeholders to provide effective solutions for our DSP customers. DPMs are responsible for overseeing the complete journey of DSP 2.0 owners, from their initial onboarding through to their operational success.

As Multi Site Lead I am responsible for up to 250 Associates for two Business Identities. I am coordinating all projects and processes in the logistic center by having daily international calls to clarify root causes and take actions. I am the main POC for all KPIs. I am also responsible for all internal stakeholders as engineering, safety and food safety on this location. On top of this I am coordinating the negotiations with external companies, the landloard and the goverment to find the best solution.

As Senior Operations Manager I am responsible for up to 200 Associates in one location. I am managing all processes as well as projects in the logistic center by having daily international calls to clarify root causes and actions. I am also responsible for all internal stakeholders as procurement, engineering, safety and food safety on this location. On top of this I am coordinating the negotiations with external companies, the landloard and the goverment to find the best solution for all of us.

Als Operations Manager verantworte ich bis zu 100 Mitarbeiter in einer Schicht und bin prozesstechnisch für alle Abläufe im Logistikcenter verantwortlich. Neben den standardmäßigen Prozessen betreue ich aber auch alle Prozessverbesserungen. In Abwesenheit des Standortleiters übernehme ich sämtliche Funktionen und Aufgaben.

Als Area Manager bei PrimeNow bin ich unter anderem als Launchleader im Logistikzentrum, aber auch im Deliverybereich in verschiedenen Ländern im Einsatz. Ich organisiere, betreue und koordiniere sämtliche Abläufe, sodass eine Neueröffnung ohne Verzögerungen durchgeführt werden kann. Des Weiteren habe ich in den Logistikzentren eine Personalverantwortung von 40 bis 60 Mitarbeitern. Die tägliche Mitarbeitermotivation gehören genauso zu meinen Aufgaben, wie das Training der Prozesse beginnend vom ersten Tag.

Als Area Manager im Bereich Ship führe ich ca. 50 bis 70 Mitarbeiter, zudem koordiniere ich die Abfertigung aller LKWs und kommuniziere bei Probemen mit den externen Firmen. Ich organisiere, plane und leite Projekte zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse. Tägliche Calls in englisch gehören zum Tagesalltag.
