Site General Manager. Responsible to deliver annual volume >800 M€ SalesPoc.

Develop, deploy and manage global standardization on Rolling Stock Operations and Rolling Stock Equipment Operations: Business processes, Footprint, Equipment, Infrastructure, Tools, Digitalization.

Build-up and lead the newly born function at CEE Operations to prepare turn-key solutions on Operations Standardisation, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain incl. set-up of Production and hand-over to site management for series production based on proper validation (i.e. DMU, PMU and Pre-Series). Mandate includes the preparation on 3 product lines (Rolling Stock, Locomotives and Light Rail Vehicles) and 6 production sites (located at CEE region).
