Worked with founding team throughout product launch and expansion stages into new countries. -Approached hotels and discussed possibilities of becoming exclusive partners. -Designed social media roll-out plan and researched online marketing management tools. -Developed KPIs, measurement methods and chose business intelligence tools to track growth.

Part of the Maritime Logistics Workgroup at Jacobs University, supervised by Prof. Dr. Jens Froese. -Worked with EU Commission, partner universities and company to establish Green EFFORTS project. -Helped design and implement eLearning platform Northern Maritime University (NMU) network. -Conducted research on reducing emissions in ports and harbors.

Assisted top management on various projects in addition to developing an independent project. -Integrated staff, pricing schemes and inventory databases throughout acquisition process. -Analyzed aircraft recycling market, identified possibilities for re-using used aircraft parts and developed initial implementation strategy. -Updated management on market trends and competitor practices.
