Develop and implement supply chain operational strategies to support corporate objectives. Responsible for planning of materials, achievement of service levels, cost targets and development and oversight of inventory plans. Ensure best-in-S&OP practices and policies. Build lean capabilities and process optimization across the entire Supply Chain. Work as a member of the GLOBALExecutive team to frame core objectives and develop strategic planning initiatives.

Responsible to manage End-2-End supply chain through streamlined and competent processes and enabling product delivery. Provide support for customer service and logistics operations for Latin American markets. Measure and manage demand and inventory capacity to determine appropriate forecast. Set inventory strategy and stock targets to the sites. Participate in S&OP meetings with the relevant business units and support on development and execution of supply and inventory plans.

Responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain processes to improve Demand, Supply, Procurement and Production Planning competences to deliver orders fulfillment, operational costs and inventory targets. Oversees the correct functioning and directs all supply chain divisions to achieve corporate goals. Provide global guidelines and develop best practices in demand and supply planning.

Establish a global S&OP process across Africa & Middle East regions to ensure high level of accuracy in the forecasting to drive order fulfillment improvement and optimal inventory levels. Lead the application of best practices, techniques and methodologies to translate annual sales plan into sales budget. Collaborate with regional sales, finance, marketing and business units to enhance capability of the S&OP Process to achieve better End-to-End planning and visibility.

Oversee the Customer Service and Logistics operations to drive optimal customer service. Develop and execute comprehensive transportation, distribution and material flows strategic plans to drive operational excellence and reduce costs while increasing service levels and working capital performance. Identify and implement best in class processes, technologies (e.g., WMS and TMS), infrastructure and talent resources aligned to meet the scope and size of the business
