In charge of Optical fiber accessories (Patchcord, Pigtail, Adaptor, Attenuator, Fiber distribution frame.. etc ) Product Development, Manufacturing unit, Quality control, Marketing and Business development. Visited Taiwan, Hongkong and Singapore to develop new vendors for fiber optic components and to explore the possibility of exports. Leader of RFQ (Request for Quotation ) for New product development Quotation for Custom made products was brought from 21 days to 3 days.

Responsible for the Entire Plant performance. Production Planning Control, New product design and development, Strict Quality control measures to ensure compliance of Telecommunication Engineering center ( TEC ) specifications. Rejections brought down to 1 % from 5 %. Tender analysis and Preparation of Tender documents Accomplishment: Handled all departments of Operations with minimal workforce and maximise the production by 300 %
