Set up a Technical CoE on Duck Creek technology. Managed development and implementation of an Underwriting Rating Engine for Property and Casualty products.

Managed the implementation of a DW-BI solution for 35 countries (across EMEA & APAC). The solution enabled a real time decision enablement through MIS reporting from regional operations to strategic decisions. Played multiple roles including Senior Business Analyst and IT Project Manager for one of the world’s largest insurance companies. I was also responsible to promote and drive adoption and managed training for all regions globally.

Designed and architected a billing, payment and check processing workflow system for an insurance carrier based out of Florida.

Managed HealthCare billing and AR process for a large medical TPA based out of Florida, and Insurance claims process for a large European insurance carrier. Also, setup an office in Tier 3 city and built a team of 160+ people.

Transitioned knowledge / domain intense back & middle office process from USA to Bengaluru, India for the 4th largest insurance brokerage company head quartered in the USA. Established process and procedure for smooth transition, governance and operations.

Wrote a handbook on basics of life insurance - principles, products, operations to be issued to all new joiners of the company. Performed financial underwriting. Conducted multiple training programs using external vendors to achieve operational efficiency in the Underwriting department to implement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, underwriting specific trainings. Part of the testing team implementing AURA the underwriting platform from Swiss Re for Life insurance companies.

Life and Annuity operations, applying premiums and processing payouts (loans, withdrawals, and maturity). Successfully transitioned Agency Management process remotely saving 60% of the transition cost.

Transitioned sales and FNOL reporting functions from a renowned personal lines carrier in the UK. Worked as SME for personal auto and home insurance teams.
