Part of the Controlling Department within T-Systems supporting big and complex bid team. The senior Commercial lead for a number of large global IT outsourcing contracts. I ensured solution, costing and business cases are aligned, fulfilling customer and internal requirements. I steered the internal delivery compiling solutions meeting customer expectations and target costing.

Acting head of the controlling team DC LAN. Responsible controller for cost budget exceeding €100m. Project lead of cost saving measurement initiative. Delegated 7 months to UK for integration of new, large customer and supporting the reorganization of the local delivery unit.
