Tasks and responsibilities includes amongst others: Project kick-off, Contracting, Budgeting, Time Management, Team establishment, Goal and Objective settings, Project Charter, Quality Assessments, Decision Reviews, Project Milestone reviews, Cost Analysis, Project Risk Management, Executive Project Reporting, Project Closing

Design and Development of new and existing heavy duty hydraulic motors (oil drilling, mining, vehicle drives, ...)

Responsible for the development of new products and the improvement of existing products regarding automotive tank ventilation valves and engine valves from customer inquiry (OEM, Tier1) to series production
