Functioned as a software test engineer involved in various levels of testing of modules which deal with various CRM and Client specific applications ranging from standalone to web based.  Proactively moved to be a software developer working on TL1, tibco messaging, Message parsing, session and port handling using java language.  Lead a team of four in a 3-month SR which involved a 3-pass level of testing.  Conducting the Induction Program for the new joiners.
