As an expert in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – within the company’s modules for Manufacturing, Engineering and Floor control– my main duties were: • To coach and to train the company’s clients –from management to operators– during production time and manufacturing operations; • To facilitate client, operator, and programmer relationship for the appropriate customization of the MRP’s to each requirement and best practices.

• Instructed by faculty from world’s highest ranked universities; • Took courses in finance, management, law, marketing, economics, statistics, accounting, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

• Studied production, manufacturing, management, statistics, law, marketing, finance, economics, organizational behavior, quality standards, accounting, and entrepreneurship; • Visited various universities in Mexico, including UNAM, ITSX and ITSH.
