Nondestructive testing parameters verification & follow up (Ultrasonic inspection, X-Ray, Active & Passive Gamma Scanner, Helium Leakage and Eddy currents) for PWR and BWR fuels rods manufacturing Prepare quality documentation before delivery to Power Plants & investigate manufacturing Non Conformities.

Injection, blow-moulding & injection-moulding thermoplastic part design & rubber injection part design for shock absorber working with design team (CAD/CAE PATRAN & MOLDFLOW, rubber formulation, materials selection and test definition), validate prototypes (mechanical tests, CMM metrology, Thermoanalysis DSC & TG, PPAP documentation, IMDS data base administration).
