Global recruiting responsibility leading the direct hiring efforts for an industry leader in Next Gen SIEM, XDR, UEBA, SOAR IT Security business. Offices located in Boulder, CO, US Remote, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. I directly managed an awesome global recruiting team of 3 (Technical Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiter, HR & Recruiting Coordinator). Team had been as high as 5 previously and I report to the VP of HR based in the US.

I was privileged to be working as a HR Manager & Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Mindjet international business based out of their Brentford, Middlesex office in the UK. I was responsible for driving and executing our global talent acquisition strategies as well as managing HR functions for our offices in the UK, France, Sweden, Australia, Japan and provide support for our European HQ in Alzenau, Germany.
