Over the past 15+ years, I've been fortunate to have worked in a variety of roles starting off as an Internal Recruiter for one of the UK’s largest recruitment businesses, Director of a small but dedicated executive search firm, to my current position as Director, Talent Acquisition @Graylog. Over my career, I’ve recruited in a variety of industries ranging from IT security (CLM, SIEM, XDR), software, SAAS, bio-metric security, document management solutions, and even fashion.
