Raul Solano

I was working with different design and development internal teams on UX and UI design and producing some brand materials (online and print). I was also responsable of the Design QA for each version of the app where I helped a lot with the graphic production and mistakes.

I joined to evolve its MVP on UX and visual fields. My previous experience on news market helped me to define universal components that could fit the needs of thousand of clients. Every detail was thought on landscape and portrait modes and built with sass technology providing a great and custom newspaper experience for each client.

As UX/UI Designer I define the experience design for several children's book apps reflecting the style of each book. We also built a lot of different native apps for clients on iOS and Android. I worked on some internal tools to produce faster our books as a native builder for MacOS, book loaders and Narration Sync apps.

I worked on advertising projects and leading the online approach of several ones.

For a period of six months, I helped the Usolab’s team with some hi-tech projects (HTML5, multiscreen...) with a fresh and modern point of view for an accurate deadlines.

Together with the development team, we developed RIA experiences across devices. I took part in the design of several marketing material, as well as motions and demos. I also took different roles in projects like: Project Manager for Cuatro.mobi and T5’s Yo, estrella (TV channels) Creative Director for el Periódico and Sport (newspapers) and laCaixa (Bank)

I join Season’s team as a co-founder. I also took different roles like Project Manager for Budget 2007 of Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia)

I was in charge of the restyling of their brand and created 5 new brand lines as well as building their digital product library. I also was responsible to create all marketing materials.

I built multiple HTML, Flash sites as well as printed materials. I also taught Dreamweaver on 2004.
