Developing application recovery plans using LDRPS as the central repository. This includes mapping the application to the servers and other application dependencies for each critical business functions. Data Collections and sign-off and other collateral are stored in SharePoint under individually developed business function folders. I mentor my team mates and complete my workload ahead of schedule.

Created the Workgroup Recovery Plan in Strohl LDRPS, designed Command and Control logistics and assigned and led applications quarterly testing for Wealth Management valued at $1.5b.

Performed Risk and Security Assessment for McGill’s Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital and provided risk/threat mitigation recommendations. Developed the Risk, DR Plan and COOP plan for the State of Virginia.

Created a consulting practice from the ground up specializing in business continuity and disaster recovery consulting, risk and regulatory compliance assessments such as ISO27001/2 and HIPAA as it relates to IT. Developed numerous Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Project Plans with tasks, schedule and assignment clearly defined. Built a contingency of independent consultants and provided sale training to sale staff to qualify and sell business continuity consulting services.
