Process Management & Assessment Support - Overall Process Manager in charge of Process Baseline Releases - Non engineering areas in direct supervision/development. - Problem Resolution, Change Request Management, Configuration Management method responsible - Project leader for Process Management and Tools in costumer projects. - External/Internal audit preparation and execution from Process Management and Tools perspective. - Participation in all audits/assessments from costumers.

- Work on process acceptance, especially at PM level (PM, CM, PR and CR). - In this scope, found solutions how we can improve the integration of all tools (Tailoring, PTC, MS project, ...) in order to enable a more productive work for project leaders. Define a clear strategy and implemented into the process. - Create a working group also on CM, PR and CR Management areas with Project Leads. - Conduct of the F2F/Skype trainings, as needed. - Overall Process Manager in charge of Process Baseline Releases.
