• Develop and deliver the strategy for the corporate account delivery team to ensure that the team deliver an efficient, professional resourcing and fulfilment recruitment service to a range of National Accounts. • Ensure excellent customer service across both candidates and clients to develop a career for life structure which enables SRG to engage with our customers throughout their career. • Manage and deliver Premium Retained campaigns within National Accounts and the wider SRG business.
