Responsibilities: 1. Mechanical design support for high security automatic doors using Solidworks. 2. Quick support to production for design modifications to rectify errors. 3. Release of technical drawings and BOM's using ERP systems for purchasing department. 4. General database and design management to avoid unnecessary duplication using Solidworks PDM.

1. Carrying out mechanical design of sheet metal structures for fancoils, heat pumps and air conditioning units using SolidWorks. 2. Hands-on involvement in the prototyping phase and carefully undertaking necessary modifications as per feedback received from the supervising team. 3. Coordinating with the production team to identify best solutions for final assembly. 5. Rapid prototyping by designing and 3D printing plastic components using machines based on FDM and SLA technologies.
