Overall management of a USAID-funded project in Faryab and Ghor provinces with a budget of 1.5M USD To create work opportunities through asset creation in the communities via asset-based community development and make the poor communities resilient against natural disasters.

Development of COA (Caritas Germany Office Afghanistan) project’s monitoring and evaluation plan, based on the project document, log-frames and indicators and maintain and streamline COA Result-Based M&E system. Preparing reports for internal and external audiences (i.e. relevant clusters, donors and government bodies, etc.) Supervision and Coordination of all projects (WASH, Food Security, LRRD, Mitigation of Migration, DRR) activities during the main implementation phase of the projects

To conduct the field phashe of the External Final evaluation of EU Support to Agriculture in Afghanistan in Transition” project in PARBP (Panj Amu River Basin Project) in Badakhshan, Takhar and Kunduz provinces. LOT 1: Sustainable Management of Natural Resources and Resilience (FWC SIEA 2018 )

Under Afghanistan's biggest development program, NSP (National Solidarity Programme), I served to implement the subprojects in 35 rural communities in Daykundi province. This was from the establishment of community development councils until the project closure. By the end of the project, CDCs could use their techniques for any other upcoming projects as a capacity development phase of the programme.
