Developed and optimized the dimensioning process for GLASS-LINED Thin Film Wiped Evaporators and heat exchangers, considering various media ranges and operational conditions. Conducted in-depth analysis of different wiper materials, assessing their impact on wear, electrostatic charges, and chemical resistance. Created an Excel-based design tool for efficient and precise dimensioning of THALETEC glass-lined Thin Film Evaporators.

Synthesized spinel-type perovskites using a solvent-deficient method and performed a comprehensive Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of the synthesis process. Characterized the resulting compound through XRD, Raman & FTIR analyses to determine its crystal structure. Investigated the functionalization of renewable cellulose-based natural fiber-reinforced plastics, by replacing synthetic E-glass fibers with natural fibers for construction uses by SEM, AFM, and TGA for material characterization and performance.

Experienced in the production of Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate, and Nitrosyl Sulphuric Acid, with a strong background in multi-effect evaporation, drying operations, and fluidization techniques for ammonia and NOx management. Proficient in optimizing oxidation processes for ammonia and air control, and skilled in designing and operating advanced equipment including Vacuum Fluidized Bed Dryers (VFBD) and Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps (LRVP) for enhanced system efficiency and process parameter control.

Specialized in the design and optimization of Absorption Columns and Multi-Effect Evaporators to enhance product purity and process efficiency. Led experiments to refine operational parameters and executed material and energy balance calculations for process optimization. Gained hands-on experience in managing the Briquette Section for Sodium Nitrite Pill production while ensuring compliance with safety protocols, including HAZOP studies and Work Permit Systems.

Conducted a detailed simulation of Cyclohexane production using Aspen PLUS, predicting key process characteristics such as flow rates, compositions, temperatures, pressures, and equipment sizes. Delivered insights for optimizing process design and improving efficiency. Led troubleshooting and debugging efforts, identifying and resolving process-related issues. Provided critical feedback on process synthesis activities, supporting the optimization of process performance and equipment sizing.
