Worked to created a layer of management to assure that all service staff was properly trained at all times as the business challenges changed and additionally provided policies and procedures to assure all service level's were maintained, by working with creating a dispatch center with multiple individuals that shared in the responsibility's to track the various types of service activity. Held weekly services operations meetings with supervisors & managers to discuss open issues and installation schedules.

Provided onsite and remote (helpdesk) technical support for various telecommunications products. Was responsible in providing Tier 1 support for many fortune 500 companies, by providing technical support during both the sales process and ongoing service.
