Overall responsible for the growth and development of CORE2US, an international Business & Leadership Advisory firm, Headquarters in Singapore, servicing its European, Asian, Australian and American clients across the Asia Pacific / Japan region.

Richard worked with Korn Ferry as Regional Managing Director Asia out of the Singapore office and as Strategic Accounts Manager Europe out of the Amsterdam and Brussels office. For the PageGroup Richard launched the Executive Search business for Germany out of the Düsseldorf office. At Robert Half Richard worked in Europe and Asia in Pan-European, Country-, Branch- and Division Management roles in The Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland and Germany.
