Projects done so far: * Designing continuous delivery of a cloud-based service using the technologies: Terraform, AWS, Spring and Java, Shell, Virtualisation and such * Maintenance of a java service in a Hybrid environment. * Tech-Lead in a startup developing a product that enables companies to do Continuous Delivery by the book instead of throwing tons of money into hacky solutions.

As TechLead in a Scrum Team I've been working on an ISMS software solution for the Bayerisches Landesamt fuer Steuern that combines the enforcement of secure processes and infrastructure automation with an intense focus on Software and Infrastructure security. Disclosable technologies include Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring WebMVC, Twitter Bootstrap, Packer, Vagrant, LDAP, Kerberos, Hibernate, Postgres all used with Behavior- and Domain-Driven Design, Clean Code and OWASP Top10 compliant approaches.

As a Service Delivery Architect in a Startup for an Online Payment Plattform, I have been designing and working on a PSI DSS Compliant product's continuous delivery system. The technologies included Java, OSGI, REST, XML, SOAP, Postgres, Hibernate, VMWare, VirtualBox, Jenkins, Shell, Gitlab, Nexus, etc.

While leading the Tech QA Department of a marketing product used by known companies such as Xing, OTTO, BonPrix, Xerox and Dell, we were managing an infrastructure of roughly 160 bare metal and VM hosts, managed and provisioned by master-based Puppet. We supported the QA and Delivery process of microservices, based on technologies such as Java, Tomcat, Spring, Git, Postgres, HBase, HDFS, Hadoop and customized queuing and mailing services. Achievement: reduction of release feedback time from 27h to 7h

As a QA TechLead of a marketing product used by numerous known companies, I have been working on the design and introduction of an infrastructure consisting of roughly 160 bare metal and virtual hosts, managed and provisioned using master-based Puppet. The infrastructure supported the QA and Delivery process of multiple microservices, based on technologies such as Java, Tomcat, Spring, Git, SVN, Postgres, BigData stack, including HBase, HDFS, Hadoop and customized queuing and mailing services.

As a Software Engineer haunted by a faulty mail send-out test stub used in a flapping JUnit test suite, I migrated the whole test suite to a stable, thread safe TestNG Test Suite using my own profound mail send-out test stub with informative test output. Achievement unlocked: test suite execution time optimization from 1,5h to 0,2h

As a part of an Agile Team, I have been working on the development of Java Enterprise Solutions in Banking and Finance Sector, management of IT infrastructure and research of IT solutions and innovations. During that period, I have also become a Certified Scrum Master, gaining a profound understanding of Agile Processes.

I crafted my Thesis about ASP.NET Web Application architecture in a company, that enabled me to verify my theories using a Web Application that has been used to manage and pet about 80 Guests per Formula1 Race weekend of the Intel Sponsor. My responsibilities included the planning, development and project management of the application.

In this period I have been running a small IT Consulting company, whose main focus was development and maintenance of small networks, Content Management Systems and IT Security of those.

As a part time job I have been designing, securing and maintaining the network infrastructure of a dormitory with roughly 200 students and computer scientists, being responsible for it's monitoring, user management, firewalls, and traffic accounting.

In this period I have been supporting Lectures of 3 groups of students with the topic of WebApplications and Content Management Systems by being responsible for the technical half of them.
